MisCon iOS Application Privacy Policy

The MisCon iOS application does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. The MisCon iOS application does not have user accounts and does not transmit personal information to us or to any third party.

Data on your device

The app stores small amounts of data locally on your device so it can function:

• Preferences (e.g. accent color, reminder timing) saved through the system UserDefaults store.
• Your favorites and notes for convention events, saved locally.
• Cached convention schedule, maps, and images downloaded from the convention's public data feed so the app works offline.

This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the app.

Network activity

The MisCon iOS application downloads the convention's publicly available schedule and related assets from the convention's servers so it can display them. These requests do not include any personal identifiers from us. Standard server logs maintained by the convention's hosting provider are outside this application's control.

Tracking and analytics

The MisCon iOS application contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking technologies. The app's privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false and an empty list of collected data types.

Third-party services

The MisCon iOS application does not embed third-party advertising, analytics, or social-media tracking services.

Children's privacy

Because the MisCon iOS application collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Your choices

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
